As of January 1, 1998 we chose to no longer accept assignment from your dental insurance companies. We ask that our patients pay us up front for services rendered and collect from their insurance company. As of the above date the Alberta Dental Association did not produce a fee guide to regulate the cost of dental services. Because of this deregulation you may see that the amount that your insurance company will pay and the amount that your dentist will charge may differ. For this reason we have chosen to simplify the process and not be receiving payment from two sources for each dental procedure.
Please note that we deal with every customer on an individual basis and will
do our best to make sure that this does not disrupt your finances in any way.
